Do I have to pay custom charges?

Unfortunately Lebsa Store is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Lebsa Store. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

I received my order incomplete, what to do now?

Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! Contact our customer service, as soon as possible. Our mail address is info@lebsastore.com. Do not forget to mention your order number, address details and the product you are missing. We will gladly help you further!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Credit cards, I-Deal, Bancontact, Belfius

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add info@lebsastore.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

I received an incorrect or faulty item, what to do now?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us with your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your product to us and place a new order to receive the right one. Please return your product(s) to us following the method below:

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
