Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are a customer in the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to return your order within 14 days and receive a refund for the products you bought.
  • You can return your order in store or send it back to the store for a full refund of the product.
  • Items ordered from our points of sale are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
  • We do not cover your shipping cost back to us.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags, fully attached to the garment.
  • A refund will be made by the original method of payment.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a discount period are not refundable. In case you want to return a sale product, you get a coupon with the original amount.
  • If you have bought an item in combination with a free item, you must return it together if you want a refund. If the order is incomplete and it does not contain the free item, no refund can be made.
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process and refunds can take 10 working days.

The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be refunded once the above criteria have been met, and it passed inspection from our online returns team.
